Football Camps & Clinics

The Football Speed & Performance Series is a series of sprint training/speed dynamics clinics. The purpose of the Football Speed & Performance Series is to provide athletes with sound technique based training needed for them to increase their speed and sprinting performance levels. This is done while providing a fun and competitive learning environment. Each clinic builds on the previous one; however clinics can serve as standalone training sessions as well. For maximum benefit, we encourage participants to attend all consecutive clinic sessions.
